3. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings are subject to availability.
  • Customers are requested to provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • If work has commenced or materials have been purchased, cancellation fees or charges may apply.

4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to or at the completion of the work.

  • Payment is expected once services have been completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late or non-payment may result in additional fees or recovery action.

5. Access & Site Conditions

The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property where services are to be carried out. Bright Electrical is not responsible for delays or issues caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or factors beyond our control.

6. Workmanship & Compliance

Bright Electrical takes all reasonable steps to ensure work is completed safely, professionally, and in compliance with New Zealand electrical standards. Any concerns regarding workmanship must be raised within a reasonable timeframe so they can be assessed and addressed.

7. Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality services, Bright Electrical will not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing faults or conditions
  • Damage caused by third parties or previous work
  • Issues arising from misuse, alterations, or lack of maintenance
